Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with everything that you purchase from Vivien O’Malley Ceramics. However, if a problem occurs, we ask that you contact us first at info@vivienomalleyceramics.com and we will do whatever we can to solve the problem.

You have 14 days from date of delivery to notify vivienomalleyceramics.com if you wish to return goods. When returning goods, please ensure that the goods are in their original packaging, are in resalable condition and have not been used. Once we can see that the product is still in its original condition your refund will be issued. Please allow 10 days for a refund to be processed.

If the item is being returned due to a change of mind then Vivien O’Malley Ceramics does not pay for return delivery. This does not affect your statutory rights.

This returns policy does not apply to customized/bespoke orders. You cannot return a customized order unless it has broken in transit or faulty.

Faulty Items

All Damages must be reported to vivienomalleyceramics.com within 14 days from date of delivery. We may ask you to return the item to us (for refund or exchange) - but it must be in its original, unused condition and returned within 14 days of receipt. Once the item is deemed faulty by Vivien O’Malley Ceramics please allow 10 days for a refund to be processed.

In store

At Vivien O’Malley Ceramics we offer refunds on faulty item only. We do not offer refunds if you change your mind about a product, however we do offer exchanges in the form of an alternative Vivien O’Malley Ceramics product or a credit note in the form of a gift voucher. 

This Returns Policy is in accordance with the European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 2011/83/EC). These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
